Chinese Terra Cotta Warriors: The Site

The site of the terra cotta warriors is an active archaeological dig, considered by some to be the eighth wonder of the world Over 8,000 life-sized terra cotta warriors and horses have been unearthed. It's believed that each warrior was created as an exact replica of an actual soldier. They are lined up by rank in a pit the size of two football fields. As I stood beside them, I could feel them come to life.
