Director Park Chan-Wook (Chan-Wook Park) narrates voiceover of a crucial scene where the daughter says goodbye to the mother and the kidnappers switch the target of their crime.

A young deaf-mute man named Ryu works very hard to save money for an operation for his sister, who needs a new kidney. Ryu is ready to do anything to save his sister, even trying illegal ways to get the new organ. But the best laid plans never go as expected.
