Veering from chimey acoustic strumming to hard-rock sturm und drang to Sting-esque vocal turns, South goes a million different directions at once. Yet despite the relentless changes, they don't seem scattered in this nifty cut off the With the Tides CD. The video is awash in dramatic shadows and thermographic video effects, but it's the drama of the music that shines through.
