Lobo is a hitman for a Tijuana drug lord who falls for his boss' sister, a young woman who hates everything drug-related. Everything. Except maybe Lobo. Complicating things is a turf war for control of the border drug-trafficking between Lobo's boss and his rival, a beautiful but violent woman whose employees include some of the best-looking hitwomen in town.
