Bellator MMA: Bellator 65 Highlights

Posted on: April 14, 2012 | Views: 8,365 | Comment

Bellator 65 continued Season 6 with a bantamweight title fight, a featherweight semi-final and the final two bantamweight quarterfinals. In the night’s main event, Eduardo Dantas submitted Zach Makovsky to win the 135-pound title. Daniel Straus and Mike Corey clashed in the second featherweight semi-final fight in a battle of wrestlers, but Straus’ smooth striking made the difference as he advanced to the tournament finals. Both Marcos Galvao and Luis Nogueira won their bantamweight quarterfinal fights and are through to the semis.
