Controversy brews over when Juditha Brown last talked to her daughter, Nicole Brown Simpson. An initial statement of 11:00 PM would have eliminated O.J. Simpson as the murderer of his wife and Ron Goldman. Time was thereafter changed to 9:37 PM and given to the jury by stipulation. Investigators disagree with 9:37 and say it created an impossible commuted time to Dana Point, CA when the Browns apparently left the Brentwood Restaurant, Mezzaluna, at 8:45 PM.
