Yuri is shot by a drug dealer when the dealer wants to trade cocaine, rather than cash, for the guns that Yuri gave him.
Yuri Orlov (Nicolas Cage) is an international arms dealer whose weapons are represented in 8 of the top 10 war zones. But Yuri's problems begin when he realizes Interpol is on his tail, and he develops a conscience. Suddenly gun-running isn't so easy.
