NCsoft's new MMORPG, is based on ancient myths and the fundamental merits of trust and honor and it offers a dynamic 3D world drawn with exquisite detail. Set 150 years before Lineage, just as the kingdom of Aden becomes a unified state, Lineage II: The Chaotic Chronicle shows the struggles that take place during a time when several medieval provinces come under one rule. Through the enhanced class system, players many play style options per race. Additionally, as players advance, new sets of skills and items become available to them. The community function in the game has been expanded to include message boards, clan home pages, and other functions so that players can enjoy community activities both online and offline. Lineage II has maintained the simple, point-and-click interface made popular by Lineage, and has expanded the game's political, economic, and social systems. Perhaps the best feature of Lineage II is how the 3D graphics and combat system meld to make a dramatic representation of castle sieges. Large-scale battles commence with such realism; it is easy to forget you are playing a game.
