Happy 2140! Pollution has all but covered the sun, and the few humans who are left are divided into the haves and have-nots to the Nth degree. The elite, living in the clean, organic city of Ecoban, deny those living in the Wasteland the fruits of their labor: The Wasteland miners feed Ecoban the carbon compounds it needs to survive, but are denied entry. When the corrupt leaders of Ecoban hatch a plan against the Wasteland refugees, two of their own defect to bring justice--and a blue sky--to all of humanity.
