A Canadian cop searches for his missing wife, and meets the possible re-incarnation of a female serial killer along the way.
Canadian vice cop Raymond Pope investigates his wife's disappearance. During the course of his inquiries, he meets a mysterious woman named Elizabeth, but she appears to have no documented history whatsoever. As Raymond Pope gets closer to the case, he reads about an ancient Transylvanian legend about a murderous Countess who kills over 650 women... is Elizabeth the modern-day incarnation of the Romanian killer?
