A confidential witness-protection-program database has gone missing, and some formerly protected persons have been found dead. The Angels burst onto the scene to bust the perpetrators, only to discover that the ringleader is a fallen Angel (Demi Moore). Much hand-to-hand combat and ass-kicking action ensues.
