Detective Sergeant Frank Holloway of the Sydney Water Police is having a hard time. His last partner/lover was killed in the line of duty and his new partner is making him commit to a relationship that he's not sure he wants. And to top it all off? They just took him off "The Mendoza Case" when he was on the verge of cracking wide open. And, oh yeah, Detective Holloway looks suspiciously like a low-rent Kermit The Frog.
