Long-gone Bay Area rapper Charizma rocks it old-skool (hey, it was new-skool back then) but he's still fresh thanks to the efforts of his old pard Peanut Butter Wolf. The tune asks "What is an MC if he can't rap?" And Charizma answers with a definitive flow that lets you know, that wasn't his problem. His problem was a pointless drive-by that robbed hiphop of a true stylist.
