James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) pursues a face changing villain who trades North Korean weaponry for African diamonds to fuel a superweapon capable of destroying the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea, essentially kicking off World War III. Thanks to help from Bond girl, Jinx (Halle Berry), Bond is able to stop the evil villain just before his plan comes to fruition.
