Seven Minutes Pure ActionBanzai Boys is a short, high-energy action film which uses a variety of filmmaking techniques, including live-action, miniatures and photo animation. In this film, the Banzai Boys fly their C-130 cargo plane into restricted airspace and jump headfirst into action. Director Ted Crittenden's no-holds-barred approach to filmmaking gives us kinetic cinema at its best. Banzai Boys was first premiered in February 1996. This short film succeeded in screening at multiple film festivals world-wide, and was the recipient of several film festival awards, then subsequently was licensed for television broadcast on the Sundance Channel, Canal Plus Spain, and Canal Plus France
