The Tailor uses the tools of his trade to fend off his attacker. A pathetic, gangster, wannabe must prove himself so he can join the notorious Axe Gang. He picks up more than a little Kung Fu technique along the way and soon he is the ultimate street fighter, ready to take on every challenger who comes his way.
