Guy gets pulled over for speeding. Turns out it's his birthday and he has had a few cocktails. Obviously, because he has problems controlling his mouth. One of the first thinks he tells the officer is that he "hates cops". He later shares that he feels like he is being harassed and that he is going to sue the dept.
