An unaverage Patient is given his medicine in an unaverage way. When wheeled into an ER, a man finds himself panicking as he is covered in his own blood and doctors converge on him to operate. He manages to escape his restraints but not for long as he realizes he has journeyed into another world. A nightmarish world inhabited by his demons. His only escape lies in a child due to have him serve out his penance once he faces he can never leave 7734.
