This is not only the first Bolivian digital film in history, but also the first indie film to be co-produced by filmmakers in Bolivia and the United States. Through the collaborative efforts of the Ithaca film community and a large production team in Bolivia, the film followed five teenagers from different socio-economic, racial and cultural backgrounds in two countries. The project evolved into the most-talked-of artistic endeavor in Bolivia, earning it a seminal position in what Bolivian media has termed "new Bolivian cinema".
