Dennis the Menace - Kiteboarding a Hurricane

While some people ran for cover during Hurricane Dennis, some saw the opportunity to catch insane huge air. This kiteboarding video was filmed at Fort DeSoto Beach which is south of Tampa, Florida on the Gulf Coast. The hurricane hit land on the Florida panhandle by Pensacola.
