This is the BMW 5 Series and Peugeot 306 chase, the last one of the film. It includes the awesome tunnel sequence where they are going against traffic. John Frankenheimer owns the genre. This is by far one of the greatest action/espionage films and in my opinion, the greatest car chase sequences ever. Bullit is great, but for its time.
The energy, acuuracy and authenticity if how this action was captured is unmatched to date. Hollywood take notice.
