Flophouse is a comedy adventure about four young, struggling bachelor roommates. Ray, Steve, Benny and Jim are delinquent on rent and are being evicted by their irate landord, Mr. Goss. Ray unexpectedly meets and befriends the lovely Stacy and her child, Brandon, who live across the street with her abusive fiance, Mark. With Stacy now on Ray's mind, the guys decide to get away for a camping trip to unwind and figure out what they are going to do, but their trip is cut short by a scary encounter with a family of hillbillies who don't want them there. Ray's fondness for Stacy and Brandon grows, and when Mark hurts her, he decides to protect them by letting them stay with him. But trouble comes when nosy neighbors who have been watching the house decide to call the FBI. What happens if the FBI raids? How will they escape?
