Travels Of An Ant

This clip is from a 1983 short film directed by Eduard Nazarov about an ant who gets blown away with the wind from its home and the adventures it goes through in desparately trying to find its way back.
To keep this wonderful film from going over budget, Nazarov used no composers and no actors. He did all of the sound effects by himself.

This film is 11 min. long and can be watched in its entirety on the Masters Of Russian Animation DVD set - an extraordinary collection of Russia's most important animated short films by Russia's world renowned directors.
