The Bellator 2012 Summer Series continued Friday, July 20 from Tampa, Florida with Bellator 72. Karl Amoussou submitted Bryan Baker with an inverted heel hook to claim the Season 6 welterweight tournament championship. Dangerous striker Paul Daley made his Bellator debut in stunning fashion, knocking out Rudy Bears in the first round. The light heavyweight tournament continued with Travis Wiuff and Attila Vegh advancing to the finals, defeating Tim Carpenter and Emanuel Newton, respectively. Marius Zaromskis and Waachiim Spiritwolf concluded their controversial trilogy, with Zaromskis earning the decision win. Watch the highlights from Bellator 72.
