Fred Cross

As Karlee's ASL interpreter, Stan is her bridge to communicating with the rest of the world. He also is in a romantic relationship with Karlee. It's so secret that no one, not even Karlee is aware of it.

Fred Cross trained at the Second City Conservatory. He is fluent in American Sign Language, which he learned as a child from his grandmother who was deaf. He's used this skill in a number of notable roles as an interpreter on the television series "Scrubs" and "Weeds." His other acting credits include "Parks and Recreation," "Criminal Minds" and "House."
