With over 1100 military veterans employed with Chesapeake Energy, we recognize what valuable assets military personnel have brought to our company. As an exponential number of our service members are returning home from selflessly serving our country, Chesapeake Energy is committed to assisting those who have served us.

The company has also vertically integrated its operations and owns substantial midstream, compression, drilling, trucking, pressure pumping and other oilfield service assets. The representatives of this group travel throughout the country to recruit veterans. In 2012, Chesapeake will participate in an average of three military hiring events per month.
