Once the job is over, Kathy gets to have her first look at her brand new kitchen and hearth. She can now move on and live her life, and never have to think about Randy again.
Kathy and her family air out their differences with contractor Randall. They tell him how much of a burden he has been, then Randall apologizes.
When Adam & Skip confront Randall about Kathy's unfinished kitchen, he tries to go for the door. When Skip tells him that he'd be going to court if he leaves, he changes his mind.
Adam & Skip give contractor Jeff the business while they rip out the hazardous balcony that he installed. It was completely against code and could have cost somebody their life.
Once Jeff is back to the sting house, they confront him about his awful work. It doesn't sit right with Adam & Skip that he took the money and ran. When asked about the $5,000 hot tub, he claims to have "misplaced" it.
Adam & Skip complete Chris & Damian's new backyard with a brand new, state-of-the-art hot tub from Cal Spa. Their backyard oasis is now complete.
Adam & Skip take a look at Kathy's incomplete kitchen, and realize that it's a complete hack job. He used exterior wood for shelving, and hasn't been seen for eight months.
Unlicensed contractor Jeff promised Chris & Damian a balcony and a backyard oasis- complete with a hot tub. Now, their house is nothing more than a dangerous eyesore, with no sign of a hot tub.
After a lengthy stakeout, Alison successfully uses DMV records to track down unlicensed contractor Jeff. Once Jeff is back at the sting house, Adam & Skip can give him a taste of his own medicine.
Alison uses a clever trick with a fake cell phone to get contractor Randall's phone number. Once she has his info, she sets up a meeting at the sting house where Adam & Skip are waiting.
