Background: Arsenio always had an interest in law enforcement while growing up in Louisiana. He only saw two options in the neighborhood where he grew up – you're either a criminal, or your catching criminals. After years of struggling as a courier and working at a mall pizza restaurant, Arsenio finally got a chance to pursue his lifelong dream and become a licensed bounty hunter.
