In the vein of "Animal House," "Blue Mountain State" follows three incoming freshman in a big-time, Midwestern college football program. Alex is a talented quarterback, content to ride the bench while partying with his best friend Sammy, who aspires to be the school's mascot. Craig, on the other hand, is a number one recruit and future Pro whose life is already mapped out for him by his controlling girlfriend. Will they be able to juggle football, girls, class and nonstop hazing?

I love the show. I didn't think that shows were able to make me laugh this hard. But I hate the way the running back is in his relationship. I heard of people being oblivious about cheating but that goes beyond that. I hope he breaks up with her soon.

Ok, is it just me or does this show not air in canada? Everytime I turn to spike to watch it I get some other show that should not be on. Just now I was watching Entourage with a countdown to BMS, only to have Pros Vs Joes. This is crap!

This show is awesome. It's definitely my favorite show as of right now. There is one problem with the show. I had to record the show on my DVR and kept having problems with it recording only a half hour. Then, I realized this show IS only a half hour episode. That is not enough!! Most good shows go for an hour nowadays. C'mon and give us an hour for each episode!!!!

this is what makes me want to start applying to colleges now instead of in 9 months

I love the show. Possibly one of the funniest in a long time. And for everybody that hates it, then just don't watch it. Instead you act more immature complaining about your own problems to everybody that likes the show. Just don't watch it. As for kids, there is such thing as parental controls. learn it and use it. but anyways keep it up spike. great show.

I will be back week after week. The show rocks... Keep pushing the envelope. Best thing since always sunny. If you don't like it set you boobtube to block it and switch back to your Bill Graham reruns. I also have young children. If you let them watch Spike TV your an idiot to begin with, plain and simple. What are your children doing up at that hour anyway. Go back to drinking your koolaid. LIke to see some celebs make guest appearances, however only the ones that can run with it and not skim milk it down.

I feel like most of the people on this website need to calm the hell down and get the sand out of your vagina's... I know it itches and leaves a bit of a rash, but there is no reason to post about it on this board where children could see. All my kids wanted, was to go see some good old fashioned porn, and now they are stuck reading this filth. I mean I could just take away the computer and turn off the TV but I am a terrible parent and I would much rather just blame someone else than actually take action.

your commercials for this program are out of line, they are way to graphic given the hour of the day and the number of kids that could easily be watching this channel. Maybe you want to raise your kids that way, but I do not care to raise mine like that. We are in the middle of watching police chases and this disgusting crap comes on. If you want to air a program like that, I could care less, I just won't watch it, but to be so damn graphic and filthy in the commercials is out of line... That leave it open for children to see and question.. .Where are your morals ???? Oh you have none or you would not even air this program and some of your other programming... But again, like I say at least I am not forced to watch that particular show, but when it is a commercial that pops on, we are not in control. Tone your damn commercials down or I am taking this further!

The show has a nice mix of freshman initiation sex and hazing, has the lovable golden shower loving cougar lady, has the seasonal cookie race, the required alcohol, drugs, and sex, did I mention sex. And the male main characters are fitting. But, on the female side there is room for improvement, other than the cougar and Denise Rays character (which would be nice if she was physically hurt ever once in a while), the other ladies need to have deeper roles and be more varied, both in character and physically. Bascially there needs to be a nerdy girl, and a smart sharp witted, but nonchalant about sex ex-girl friend of Alex and Sammy's character. Who is still their friend with benefits but just friends. But, the main thing is that these other girls need large breasts, all the other girls just have mediocre breasts, but not the large breasts that will keep our attention and keep us coming back week after week. Some other Texas friends and I mentioned this in our critiques about the shows preview and we wanted to re-state it one more time. But, otherwise nice concept. Thanks Spike.
