i stopped watching this dumb show after the first comment. my question was not about pimps it was about prostitutes. just because you say your a pimp does not mean that you are out pimping girls. Look at Kat Williams he is a PIMP but not pimping hoes. unless you have the answer to my question please don't reply.

I just started watching this show today and less then 3 minutes in I was offended but not by the people being arrested by sergeant Chris Harris of the Memphis sheriff department. he mad a statement that the prostitutes life "is not as glamorous as the RAP industry makes it look like". How many songs in rap have you heard that said a prostitutes life is glamorous, please name the songs so i may listen to them. i have listened to rap for a long time about 20 years and i do not remember hearing anything about a prostitutes life being glamorous.

During that craigslist bust of the guy in the hotel room. The girl who said, "Fuck the police" while getting arrested in the parking lot is way too pretty to be doing what she's doing (doing crack, prostituting, going to jail, etc). She's a product of what happens when somebody doesn't have positive people in their lives. In the bust, her Mom got busted too for Pete's sake!

As a progressive American it makes me sick to see shows like this on my television. Police are not T.V stars they are public servants. When we introduce cameras and advertisers to make a so called reality series we can ultimately sway their agenda. This show tries to define itself by showing the arrests of prostitiutes and drug dealers but what has the criminalization of these two industries brought us? Well we have a thriving black market for drugs which funds the criminal enterprises of the free world, a prison population of 2.2 million, (more per capita than any other nation in the world costing us billions). The criminalization of prostitution has made it easier for the sex slave industry thrive because of lack of regulations women are forced into unsafe conditions do to the illegality of the trade until they are arrested and face criminal charges even jail. In Florida where most of the call girls are arrested on this show a third time offense carries a Felony that will prohibit these women from getting a decent job or recieving Federal aid for college if they actually decide to leave the trade. All this seem crazy to me considering that prostitution is legal in over fifty contries and in America it is legal in one state (Rhode Island) and eleven conties all in Nevada. All in all I think that this show may do some good by showing us otherwise sheltered Americans some of the injustices that are happening around us.

I'm watching this show for the first and, though it's interesting, what a WASTE of taxpayer money! Most of the 'drug' busts on here are for marijuana. Not heroin, not crack, not cocaine, not x, blah, blah, blah. Pot - what a waste of time. Granted, some of these folks where dealing out stuff too, but most were not. I understand these cops are just doing their jobs and I truly appreciate that, but I would be much more impressed to see drug busts actually dealing with real drugs that actually cause harm and kill people. And most of the time it was for ridiculously small amounts of pot - again, waste of tax payer money.
Are the only drug dealers in Memphis black. I think 2 prostitutes were white, but that was it (on this episode).
I like SPIKE TV, don't get me wrong. Really this has nothing to do with them. It speaks to how our tax dollars are wasted chasing down pot dealers and incarcerating them. Spend those dollars on chasing down the folks who are actually causing harm and killing folks.

Yeah, I especially love when I heard one member refer to a suspect as a "male black" twice in one episode... because calling someone a black isn't racist at all.

i really love the show but for every 45 seconds of show they cut to 10 commercials!!! i know they need them to pay for the show but it's a little excessive. more show and less advertising, and i'm a fan for sure!!

Instead of wasting time busting people smoking weed, please focus more on the real decay of society: meth users, crack smokers, and heroin addicts. I don't care for weed myself, but it's silly when you are busy busting these guys when there's real trouble around the corner.

Was looking forward to Wednesdays and when I tuned in last evening, no more "Real Vice Cops Uncut" - what a disappointment. When are your bringing this program back with more episodes. It gave a purpose to Wednesday evenings. Wow, BRING BACK MORE EPISODES. Looking forward to seeing a lot more!!!!! WHEN????? We hope soon!

Saw this show for the first time this week and I loved it!. It's exciting to see real police work in action. They sure have hard jobs, I couldn't go out there everything thinking I might get shot.

What a GREAT show! I feel like I am a fly on the wall...My boyfriend is with law enforcement and he says this is R-E-A-L. These cops really are "Heroes"...I love the interaction between the officers and the "suspects¿. This is REAL-I-T-Y at its best!!! Can't wait for the next new episode...

I LOVE this show!! Finally a cop show that doesn't sensationalize the action...it just shows it how it is. Real men acting as real heroes!!! I'm a girl and I love to see the good guys take down the bad guys, but what I LOVE most is that they show the human side of everyone....including the prostitutes. That's really awesome...because by the grace of God and a few different decisions that could be any one of us. I also love how the Vice Cops are intelligent, good looking and how they take time to rationalize with the criminal and try to get them to turn their lives around and do something legal for a living. Maybe no one else has every tried to help them make a better choice. The Vice Cops have a heart and that is refreshing and inspiring to see. I can't wait to see Wednesday nights episode!! I LOVE this show!!! It's right up my alley. Finally a real cop show that's not sensationalized. It's real action with real men acting as real heroes!!! I'm a girl and I love to watch the good guys take down the bad guys, but the show still shows the human side of everyone....even the prostitutes. They all have a story and a history that got them to the place they are at....This is why I LOVE the show so much....and the fact that the Vice Cops on this show are smart and cute. I never watched Spike before but a friend told me about this show and I had to check it out! Great stuff - much more interesting than COPS or those other shows. The vice cops get down and dirty - I hope this show runs a long time.

As a medic for 17 years, we only get the fringes of LEO cool stuff. I LOVE this show! And we live right here in Central Fla. where part of Vice is filmed. Wow, excellent program. Being a wife of a retired detective, it is extremely realistic and tells it the way it is on the streets. We enjoyed each and every episode and keep them coming. Koodoos to Detective Ballard, he looks like Russell Crow. We look forward to the next episode and rewatch them each week. My husband gets a real rush watching them. Outstanding program.
