  On March 9, 2007 at 5 am over 75 people gathered in the Canal Neighborhood of San Rafael to stand witness over the Homeland Security's I.C.E. terrorist activities. For over a week Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have been pulling people out of their homes, cars and workplaces in the name of their mean spirited "Return to Sender" campaign.
