Spike TV’s hit reality series “Bar Rescue” will resume its mission to overhaul struggling bars nationwide when its third season, consisting of twenty episodes, premieres on Sunday, February 10 at 10:00 PM, ET/PT.  From the producers of “The Biggest Loser” and “Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition,” the series features Jon Taffer, one of the country’s top nightlife consultants, as he wields nearly three decades of experience in the food and beverage, hotel and hospitality industries to help give failing drinking establishments one last chance to transform themselves into vibrant, profitable businesses.
