Prior to joining Spike, Dalva had a distinguished career at VH1, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Programming, Co-Productions and Creative Affairs, where he created the channel’s acquisition and co-production departments, consistently bringing in some of the network’s highest rated programming. He was a key member of the network’s creative strategic team, responsible for the channel’s explosive growth and success. Dalva was also a member of the team which successfully launched VH1 UK and HA!, which later merged with the Comedy Channel to become Comedy Central.
