<p><strong>New York, New York, June 30, 2008</strong> &#8211; Spike TV has acquired the first season of the unscripted series, &ldquo;Real Vice Cops Uncut,&rdquo; produced by Associated Television International (ATI). <!-- pagebreak --> Filmed on location in various American cities, the series features exclusive ride-along access with local police agencies as they take down real-life criminals involved in the world of narcotics, prostitution and gambling.&nbsp; Six half-hour episodes of &ldquo;Real Vice Cops Uncut&rdquo; premieres on Spike TV starting Wednesday, August 6 (10:00 &ndash; 10:30 PM, ET/PT).</p>
<p>&#8220;Non-stop, action-packed programs speak directly to our audience,&#8221; says Spike TV vice president of programming and acquisitions, John Griffin.&nbsp; &ldquo;Real Vice Cops Uncut&rdquo; satisfies their need by plunging viewers into the action right along with the squads.&rdquo;</p>
<p>The series chronicles the exploits of real vice squads from across the United States including Memphis, Las Vegas, Miami, Detroit, Atlanta, Dallas and Orlando.&nbsp; Viewers are given an eye-opening look at the dangerous and unpredictable conditions that squad members are thrust into as they protect and serve their constituents.&nbsp; &ldquo;Real Vice Cops Uncut&rdquo; lets the viewer in on everything from the plan, to the execution and ultimately, the arrest of hard criminals. </p>
<p>Viewers can also catch the action of &ldquo;Real Vice Cops Uncut&rdquo; at Spike.com.&nbsp; Episodes will be available online following the weekly premiere.</p>
