Tori Socha Promoted to Vice President, Original Series, Spike TV


 Los Angeles, CA, July 28, 2016 – Tori Socha has been promoted to Vice President, Original Series, Spike TV, it was announced today by Chachi Senior, Senior Vice President, Original Series, to whom she will continue to report.

In her new position, Socha will continue to oversee both current series and original concepts for the network, with an aim to broaden and expand Spike’s successful non-scripted slate.

“Tori’s immense dedication and innovative spirit has proven to be a tremendous resource for our team,” says Senior.  “We look forward to her creative contributions as the network continues to broaden out.”

Since joining Spike as Senior Director, Socha has been responsible for overseeing both current series and original concepts for the channel.  She currently serves as executive in charge of the network’s hit series “Ink Master,” where she helped grow the franchise by developing the spinoff series “Ink Master: Redemption,” now in its third season.  She is also the executive in charge of development on upcoming series “Caraoke Showdown” and special “Tracks.”  Prior to joining Spike, Socha served as Director of Alternative Programming at Syfy where she developed unscripted series, including “Ghost Mine” and “Heroes of Cosplay” and served as Manager of Development for TLC.  Socha started her career at William Morris Agency, CBS and Discovery Studios.
