New York, NY, March 19, 2012 – In New Orleans, he is the top dog of bounty hunters. Spike TV’s new unscripted original series “Big Easy Justice” centers on the gritty underworld of post-Katrina New Orleans and follows legendary bounty hunter Tat-2 as he hunts down some of the city’s most elusive criminals and brings them back to justice. Ten half-hour episodes of “Big Easy Justice” will premiere starting Tuesday, April 10, with two back-to-back episodes at 10:00 and 10:30 PM, ET/PT. Following the premiere, new episodes will telecast for nine weeks on Tuesdays at 10 PM, ET/PT.
With the support of local law enforcement and deep knowledge of the streets as a New Orleans native, Tat-2 (real name is Gene Thacker) has a single mission, to keep his city safe by keeping the bad guys off the street. A military veteran as well as a former police officer from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana, Tat-2 shows no fear on the job and utilizes any means, either physical or psychological, to apprehend his prey. Over his 12 year bounty hunting career, he’s brought back more than 10,000 fugitives to jail, whose crimes range from armed robbery, murder, drug possession, domestic abuse and assault, among other crimes.
As a bounty hunter, otherwise known as bail enforcement agent, Tat-2’s job is to track down and bring back fugitives who fail to honor their obligations of bond with the court system. The series chronicles Tat-2 and his Elite Fugitive Recovery Team consisting of agents Viper, Wally and Arsenio. Spike TV follows them as they kick down doors, go on stakeouts and put their lives directly in the line of fire as they track down criminals and bring them back to justice. The hours are long and grueling and the work is extremely tough, but Tat-2 and his teams are what hardened criminals fear most in The Big Easy.

Mike Catherwood Hosts One Hour Live Broadcast From A High-End Auction In Los Angeles
Los Angeles, CA, February 29, 2012 – Spike TV raises the stakes as for the first time ever the networks highest-rated non-scripted original series “Auction Hunters” premieres a special, one hour LIVE auction event. Showcasing two of the best prospectors in the business, Allen Haff and Ton Jones, the episode will broadcast LIVE from an exclusive storage auction in Los Angeles. Hosted by “Loveline” co-host and former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant Mike Catherwood, “Auction Hunters: Live” premieres Wednesday, March 21 at 9:00 PM, ET, immediately followed by the series premiere of “American Digger.”
“Auction Hunters: Live” follows Haff and Jones at a white-glove only auction in Los Angeles, as the duo is challenged to condense a week’s worth of work into one hour of LIVE television. Haff and Jones will have to hurry to buy a unit, dig through it, and select a few items to present for sale to the assembled group of on-set experts. The pressure is on as this rare auction could potentially lead to their biggest payday or greatest loss to date. With the cameras rolling and the stakes higher than ever, Spike’s “Auction Hunters” are primed for the ultimate challenge.
