Gotham City has always been filled with criminals with some being Batmans most dangerous villains. Some of these villains have female sidekicks like The Jokers Harley Quinn and Rahs Al Ghuls daughter, Talia Al Ghul. Not all worked together, with one being Catwoman, a villainess of Gotham City.
