Great show. I never really like Speedy. He seemed like he was all talk and little heart. Hoping that after this season is over that later on they should come back with a season two. They could pit running backs v. linebackers.

I love Mike's intensity. I'm a LIFELONG COWBOYS FAN. I'm going with the big fella Montrell. He struggles with the running, as all of the big boys do, but when it's football time, man he is a beast !

I love the show! It even shows the politics of football with Montrell Jones. Michael Irvin said "he is a BREAST" and Jay Novacek said "he is LAZY". Both are true and in the fouth quarter which will show when he is tired? My favorite is Andrew Hawkins or Jesse Holley. No excuses when they don't perform well. Excuses is like a**holes everyone has one. Go out there and make a tackle Eddie Moten. Football is about either being tackled or not being tackled.

I love this show and I'm not a Dallas fan but in the football off-season this is awesome. I'm hoping Holley gets the win. His hit on the DB last night was terrific.

I agree with BiggDaddy,I think Montrell does struggle with the fitness related drills, but then comes out and shows what he can do with the hitting drills. He has heart and he has the fight in him which you can't coach.I think that if he becomes a little more agile he should be an awesome player

What does it matter if Holley laid a hit on the DB because he DROPED the Ball. If there were 20 other players on the field it most likely would have been a turnover. It doesn¿t matter about how many big plays you make it matters how few bad plays you make.

No your not, Hawkins is stealing the show, he's the best player out there. I think why Irvin doesn't talk to Hawkins is becuase he doesn't need it. Irvin usually talks to the players who need the movotivation. Bad ass show, i think hawkins could tear it up as a kick returner and a gunner on special teams.

another great ep. for all of you who played ball at some level, u remember the drill where two guys r on their back head to head. coach blows the whistle and you gotta pop up first and meet in the middle....ooh, that stuff was da bomb. hit or be hit right? Holley's hit, while he did drop the ball, got the attention of all the coaches. you heard in the war room coach F said it was "the biggest collision so far in this camp." I love Montrell's quote about puttin on his cleats in the locker, then holley says "we're gonna be a united front" then Montrell says "well, put your cleats on then." Funny how Gamble only calls out speedy b/c he jumped him. why not montrell who stiff armed the S outta you???

It was about time speedy left, he was a good athlete but ran his mouth just a little too much. But the player of the whole show happens to be Andre Hawkins that boy is tiny, smaller than Steve Smith, but he's a hard worker. Fast, strong, and he's pretty damn smart. I hope by the start of this pre-season I see that boy playing with Williams, Crayton, and Austin. He's got the talent.

best show of the season....irvin would make a great coach he has the intensity and the no b.s. attitude that gets the most out of his players....i think hawkins is the only one that has a chance, jones is to lazy, while he may perform well one or twice he doesnt have the conditioning to make it a whole game, and he already has had off the field problems and thats one thing the cowboys dont need more of....i love the show and i cant wait till next week

I wish they would make the DB's play like you really have to on the field, the should be no contact after five yards, unless your going for the ball. The last play when steve had to go home, that was pass interference( and on the first play). What I think was cool is that Gonzalas never complained outloud about it. Your a big man Steve. The DB's have had that advantage the whole show... whats sad is I'm making an argument for the WR's and I'm a DB myself. Keep it equal Irvin.

i think Holley and Hawkins will be the last two standing, even though Hawkins has been tearing it up and is percived to be the best player in camp, Holley has had a pretty good camp as well. However Holley has the physical skills that will allow the coach's ponder about his overall upside. "Can this player be an every down reciver in the NFL ??????" I think potienatly, yes!! Holley is 6'3, 216, not a bad size for a every down wide reciver in the NFL, so that will be a factor. But damn, Hawkins is kicking A## out there!!! Even though he may be a speciality player contirubting on special teams and certain offensieve packages. Every time he's on the field he's a threat. When ever he gets the ball he makes somthing special happen plus he has a great attuitude and he's tough. Even though Holley has the upside to be an every down player as oppose to Hawkins. I still think Numbre 82 is a speicial player. Plus upside dont pay the bills, its prouductivty and Hawkins has shown he's the most productive player on the field. Any ways who am i to judge, thats just my opoion, i'm a hardcore Cowboys fan hoping we can find a solid player to contribute. So any how I'm rooting for Hawkins the whole way. GO HAWKINS!!!!!! Plus he'll add some play making ability to the Cowboys special teams which was more than lacking good players last year.

They cut the right guy once again. Although you hate to see a guy's dream get crushed before your eyes, Holley and Hawkins appear to be better all around on the offensive side, particularly in their attitude. As far as Hawkins' size...has anyone ever heard of a little fellow that plays for the New England Patriots named Wes Welcer (28 yrs old 5' 9" 185 lbs)? That guy is a MAJOR threat to the short/middle of the field on quick routes and slants, he is NOT afraid to get hit, and even though he is usually stopped, he still gains yards, gets open, he knows how the game is played, and knows how to "move the chains". But Holley (from what we get to see) looks awesome! I can't wait to see what happens next! All the haters can go away, watch re-runs and let the rest of us watch and have fun!

I agree with Bates. Holley should win if he keeps doing what he's doing. By the way, It's Welker, Texas Tech. He holds the record for most punt returns in a college career. But remember, he didn't come into the NFL on fire. I think( and I hate saying this cause I hate the Pats coach) Bill Belichek and staff know how to get the best of there players and get the players to buy into the system. (I'm a huge Texas Tech fan, and yes I know we will never be better than Texas & OK.) Ialso agree with everyone that says this is a dang cool show!!!

Another great episode. And, we all knew that it was only a matter of time before "speedy" got his "leaping" ass exposed and if that was a real game with 1 on 1 coverage, the ref would have thrown out the flag on 1st,3rd and the "end zone" downs which were minor but, never the less they(the refs) would have called it. And,Mr. Jones wouldn't be too happy about that.

i like hawkins, i think he's under rated. he does a good job in every drill and challenge and if he did make it on the cowboys he'll probably be a slot reciever. hollly is good too i think that they are the only two qualified to play at a professional level, o and maby montrel is to...
