Update: Steven Tyler Takes a Spill off Stage in South Dakota

Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler apparently had a little trouble keeping himself on the stage while performing in South Dakota last evening.
Tyler was reportedly taken to a hospital after falling from stage during a concert at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in western South Dakota.

The 61-year-old singer fell while dancing around after the sound system failed during the song "Love In an Elevator." Tyler was on the stage's catwalk when he stumbled backward and fell. Security rushed to help him and the crowd cheered when Tyler got back up.

Guitarist Joe Perry came out to tell the audience the show would not go on because Tyler was being taken to the hospital.

UPDATE: Fox News has reported that Tyler suffered head, neck and shoulder injuries in his fall from the stage. Mike Sanborn, spokesman for the campground that hosted the concert, stated: "He was good natured about it. He was in good spirits when he got in the helicopter. He was talking and joking with the physician." Hit TMZ for video of the fall.
