You may already know about Nick Hogan's street racing debacle, which has left a friend of his layed up in recovery to this day.
Initially, despite some pretty damning evidence, Bollea (Hogan's real name) pled not guilty to felony charges of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He changed his tune though, and withdrew the plea today and swapped it with a guilty one, leaving his fate in the judge's hands.
The maximum sentence for the charges is 5 years in prison, so Bollea's sentencing of 8 months in jail and probation is a pretty good deal for him, considering.
