Michael Jackson's death, although untimely, did not surprise me as much for reasons you could probably deduct on your own. However, he still is, and probably always will, be the king of pop. His contributions to the music world are unprecedented and forever-lasting. Too bad that the final 10 years of his life were shrouded in controversy and ultimately unproven allegations. I do think the media's coverage of his passing has gone WAY too far overboard. The coverage of his death hasn't provided a media blitz like this since 9/11 in my opinion and for a country and world with a lot more pressing and serious issues, I feel that time could have been better allotted.
I will always remember Farrah Fawcett for Charlie's Angels. When I was a child I would tune in every week just to see "Jill," the character Fawcett played. She was, and always will be, the first real "sex symbol" in this modern day world. I read today that authorities allowed her incarcerated son to leave prison to attend his mom's funeral. I think that is a great thing and I am sure she is looking down and happy he was allowed to attend. To tell an Abyss secret, Farrah Fawcett was my first crush as a child. Please don't anyone tell Lauren. I don't want her getting jealous or upset at me. Lauren actually reminds me of how beautiful Farrah was, coincidentally.
That's all for this week, folks. Take care and tune back in next week. I hope I have an update on my search and destroy plans for Dr. Stevie. Bye, bye.
