Miss California Carrie Prejean totally faked it at this year’s Miss USA competition. The 21-year-old received a brand new pair of breasts a mere six weeks before the competition. This special “lift” is not against the rules, but it does beg the question: which are better, real or fake? The Californian beauty queen received the new rack from the California pageant organizers. Shanna Moakler, co-executive director of organization, told Access Hollywood that Carrie wanted breast implants and the Miss California Organization “supported that decision.” Apparently having breast implants is “very common” in pageant circles and does not violate any rules.
