Miley Cyrus Got Dissed By Her Favorite Band at The Grammys

According to a recent interview with the Tucson morning radio show Johnjay & Rich, teeny popper Miley Cyrus spilled the beans that she was given the cold shoulder by her mostest favorite band in the entire universe at the Grammy Awards last month.

The band, Radiohead (?!), who was performing at the show, was in a dressing room only four doors down from Ms. Cyrus. Miley had her manager request a little face time with Thom and the gang because they are supposedly the only band in the world she "would cry over."

Radiohead's response? "We don't really do that kind of thing." Yesss!!! When they rejected her invitation she was stunned, stating that she thought they were very “rude” for turning the offer down.

Miley even left the ceremony and missed Radiohead's live performance on the show. She stated: "I left 'cause I was so upset. I wasn't going to watch. Stinkin' Radiohead! I'm gonna ruin them, I'm going to tell everyone."

Good luck with that, Miley.

    I agree with whoever said "a fan is a fan".
    Really: it may be Hannah Montana, and her music sure as hell COMPLETELY SUCKS, but she's still just a teenage girl like any other of the many teenage girls that are fans of Radiohead ("As if a 15 year old would ever understand radiohead !" you're absolutely retarded, Radiohead's biggest fanbase is their HUGE teenage fanbase), and she should still be treated with the same respect that they would give any other fan.
    This just shows how pompous the members of Radiohead are, they REALLY need to be taken down a notch.

    Heh, or maybe Radiohead has no regard for teeny-pop singers that produce music with no value beyond keeping preteens occupied for a couple minutes every day?



    Radiohead is by no means the golden standard for great music, they're not bad and they're one of them thar "Thinkin' Bands". Chances are they intended the slight.



    Personally, I'm sure they've all got bigger heads than they deserve. In this case, however, I think the outcome was basically the best of all possible for the given situation.

    They were making a joke, get it? Their using cutesy language they think would suit teen girls like Miley Cyrus.

    "Ruin them? compare their fans with yours and see what happens if they see what you are attempting to do. who follows you?"

    She wasn't being serious, people. Though Spike is twisting the interview slightly, it is still easy as hell to figure that out. Are you that bad at understanding nuance and subtlety, or do you know she was kidding and just have such vitriolic hate for Cyrus that you don't care?

    I think the only party at fault here is Spike for twisting the interview. Radiohead probably just assumed that since Cyrus' manager was the one approaching them that it was some kind of publicity stunt.

    I live in Phoenix and head the interview. She said she was going to "ruin them" in a joking laughing tone and then say no I'm just kidding. Nice job Spike on not getting the whole story correct and twisting it to make more out of it than what it was. By the way I'm not a fan of her or her music. I don't think she is that great of a singer.

    both miley and radiohead are garbage, miley = overproduced cookie cutter teen pop, radiohead = overrated computer sounds and average singing, ill give them lyric props, but other than that, bleh.

    radiohead are still dicks for doing this, a fan is a fan and should always be treated as such, without fans your band is nothing.
