An Explosive Night of Spike TV!

Tonight on Spike, it's the most fight filled night in television history! It starts at 7PM with UFC Fight Night Live: Florian vs. Lauzon, with a card so stacked we had to give it three full hours!

That's right. Three hours of live, free, ferocious UFC bouts. Sure. Three hours of octagon mayhem might be enough for the average guy. But we're Spike guys. And we demand more.

That's why you we're following up Fight Night with the season premiere of The Ultimate Fighter at 10PM. And this season, UFC President Dana White has finally found a solution to the problem of pansies and posers. For the first time, fighters will have to fight their way onto the show! Join coaches Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and Forrest Griffin as the final teams are decided the only way that makes sense. In the octagon.

But Spike, men beating each other senseless in the octagon just isn't enough for me. Can't you offer me more?

You're damn right we can. The icing on the kick-ass cake that is tonight's lineup is the series premiere of DEA at 11PM. Ride shotgun with the brave officers of the Detroit DEA as they work to bring down a heroin king pin. It's one of the most dangerous jobs in the world and you're going with.

So tonight, stock up on the beer, kick the ladies out the house, order the biggest pizza you can afford, and relish in the most action filled night of TV you'll ever see. That is, until we do it again.

I would argue that the under-cards that will not be televised on Spike are just as good as the one's they are airing. I mean, Clay Guida (Underrated machine), Franky Edgar (Super exciting fighter!), Din Thomas (Bad ass), Manny G (rising star), Tommy Speer (Ultimate fighter runner up)???? Along with studs like Maynard and Schiavo??? Bone heads! I didn't buy a 50" Plasma to watch those fights on line.

Hey, at least it's not a unwatcheable marathon of CSI re-runs. Aren't you guys the network for men?
