Round One
Kendall gets the first hit with a quick jab, but Tanner rushes in and locks him against the fence. Tanner takes Kendall down and gets sidemount. Grove gets up and Tanner lands a good knee to the face. They break but are quickly back to the fence where Grove lands a huge knee. Tanner gets another takedown. In the scramble, Grove goes for the rear naked choke but Tanner escapes.
Round Two
Both come out swinging and Tanner pushes him back to the fence. Kendall landes a few hits and pushes out. The two trade some hits before Tanner lands another takedown. Grove uses a kimura to stand back up. Grove hits Tanner with a rough elbow and some big knees in a scramble and the two break. The two lock and break again with Kendall landing some good kicks.
Round Three
The two are locked against the fence straight away but soon break. Tanner lands an uppercut and the two spend spend the rest of the round heading back and forth from the fence.
Kendall Grove wins by split decision.
