Writing and posting is the last thing I'm in the mood for tonight, but there are those out there reading who have been a big support to me for a long time. I'm doing this for them.

Wednesday June 18, 08 Stopped in the Warrior Training Center to catch a light work out. This is Ron and Mark. Mark is going to be working my corner.
Thursday June 19, 08 Thursday was a complete day off. Mark, Rob, and I decided to get out of the city and do a little off-roading up in the mountains. I want to kind of get things off my mind for a little while.
This is one of my favorite trails. It goes over the range and drops into the west end of Red Rock Canyon.
Later that afternoon, we stopped by the Warrior Training Center to pick up box of Warrior shirts that was waiting on me.
"Believe in the Power of One" is not about me, but it is. It's not an ego thing, it's not an arrogance thing, it's not a look at me, worship me thing. It has nothing to do with that. It's a statement to all of belief, the belief that each of us, each man, each woman, each individual, has the power to change the world, and it is a reminder to take responsibility for that power, and to make use of it. How will you choose to use your power? How will you choose to change the world?
Friday June 20, 08
We weigh in when we check in on Tuesday. We weigh again on Friday morning. It's another safety measure. They want to make sure the guys are fairly close to weight.
11:00 am, I was about 12 pounds over. They were a little concerned.
Out in front of the Palms. I'm about to head back to the west side of town to the apt to rest a little before starting the cut.
At the LVAC(Las Vegas Athletic Club) Started with a dry sauna to get the sweat going, then put on the plastics, and sweatsuit over. It was then up the cardio area to do run on the treadmill and do the hand bike.
Checking weight after the first round of it. Two pounds pretty quickly.
After a weight check, did another round on the treadmill. Didn't weigh again. Left all the gear on and hopped in the Cruiser to head to the weigh ins. It was 110 degrees outside, so I was pretty damn hot. The engine started making funny noises. The last thing I wanted was to get stuck halfway to the Palms. Turned around and made it back to the apartments to park. Ended up riding to weigh-ins with John Wood.
Got some pictures at weigh ins, but they are on a different camera. I'll post those later, maybe Sunday.
Sorry guys, but I won't be posting on Saturday.
