Daniel Radcliff, a.k.a. Harry Potter, has reportedly been caught red-handed practicing magic with some herb.

The British newspaper The Daily Mirror outed the Harry Potter star by publishing a photograph of Radcliff smoking what appears be a joint. The photo of a bleary-eyed Radcliff, complete with joint in mouth and drawn-on moustache, was splashed across the front page of the paper with the headline “Harry Pothead.” The photo was taken at a party in North London and according to partygoers the 20-year-old actor was seen smoking marijuana. Wadia Tazi said that Radcliff "lit up the joint in front of guests and repeatedly took deep drags. He also walked around the flat blurting out: 'I love weed.'"
A spokesperson for Radcliff denied the allegation, releasing the following statement:
We categorically deny the allegations regarding Daniel Radcliffe published in today's Daily Mirror. Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this. We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations.
