Brigitte Bardot Lacks Glamour, Tolerance

image

She used to be the untouchable icon of European sexuality.  In the 1950s and 60s she was beyond fantasy for filmgoers – a woman trumping American starlets in looks and ability.  Now, though, she’s focusing mostly on hating Muslims and being fugly. She made remarks in her foundation's quarterly, racist journal.  Well, at least it was racist this time.

And this wasn’t even the first time she hated on Muslims.  Jeez, Brige.  Just check out her controversy section in wiki.

In a career which kickstarted the hearts of many American males by revving up Euro sexuality, Bardot didn’t break into this continent’s cinema for some time because she was  considered too risqué.  It seems that initial assessment was correct, even if it was for incorrect reasons.
