The Black Eyed Peas are reportedly being sued for plagiarism and Perez Hilton is really happy about it.
The pop crew is apparently facing legal action over their song “Party All the Time,” a track of off their most recent LP The E.N.D. The piece supposedly has a musical part that has an uncanny resemblance to Adam Freeland’s song “Mancry.”
Will.I.Am’s best friend Perez Hilton recently wrote on his blog about the accusation:
The music apparently is a stolen sample of the song ‘Mancry’ from the act Freeland.According to reports, B.E.P. member and producer Will.I.Am was at an event last year where Freeland performed this song in question. We totally hear it!
The Black Eyed Peas have reportedly called in their legal team over the plagiarism accusation.
It’s totally obvious that the Black Eyed Peas sampled the track, but you can hit Perez’s site to hear both tracks for yourself.
