Bellator Season 11 - Best Knockouts

December 29, 2014

We're just a couple days away from the return of Bellator MMA, as Patricio Pitbull is set to defend the Featherweight Championship against former champion Daniel Straus. That's coming up on January 16 on a card that also features Bubba Jenkins and Houston Alexander. Head to for all the information and tickets for that one. But before that big event, let's take a look back at some of Season 11's best moments, the five biggest knockouts from this past Fall.

Bellator 124 - Emanuel Newton vs. Joey Beltran
The champion's unorthodox striking was on display in this title match, which ended abruptly in the third round when Newton landed his signature spinning backfist. On February 27, Newton will next try to defend his title against Liam McGeary.

Bellator 125 - Melvin Manhoef vs. Doug Marshall
Manhoef came from the ranks of GLORY kickboxing to the Bellator cage and made it clear that he still preferred to stand and bang at Marshall's expense. Manhoef returns to the Bellator cage on February 13 to face Alexander Shlemenko.

Bellator 126 - Mike Richman vs Ed West
The Marine got back in the win column in September, dropping to bantamweight and dropping Ed West with a two-punch combo against the cage. Richman is scheduled to face former bantamweight champion Eduardo Dantas on March 27.

Bellator 127- Daniel Straus vs Justin Wilcox
Featherweight Justin Wilcox learned the hard way that making one mistake against Daniel Straus can end your night in a hurry. As mentioned above, Straus gets another shot at the Featherweight Championship on January 16.

Bellator 131 - Joe Schilling vs Melvin Manhoef
When these two GLORY vets collided in the Bellator cage, fans expected a huge knockout. Fans got what they wanted.

We'll have more information on those upcoming events as they get closer, so be sure to follow @BellatorMMA and @SpikeTV on twitter for the most up to date news.
